As the Senior Vice President of Delta Sigma Pi’s Nu Upsilon Chapter, I lead our recruitment process with the goal of finding strong, driven student leaders who are ready to grow. I design events and systems that go beyond the usual recruitment experience, creating spaces where potential new members and brothers can connect, build meaningful relationships, and grow together both professionally and personally.
